The Team Application Link is listed below.  This must be filled out for each team and submitted to the League by the Age Group deadlines, March 1, 2023 for 8U - 12U and March 15, 2023 for 13U - 19U. The information will provide us with coaches' contact, age group, gender, requested strength, field location and several other things needed to place teams in their proper divisions and then schedule the games.

Please make sure that the TEAM NAME matches EXACTLY to what is showing in Roster Pro on the team line.
