Meetings of the League's Board of Directors are listed on the Calendar at the League Meeting tab under "Events". The League By-Laws charge the Board with the reponsibility of developing policies and procedures to govern all aspects of team eligibility, player eligibility, league play and discipline of members. Additionally, the President is named as the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. The Annual General Meeting, held in October each year is the official meeting of the corporation at which board members and officers are elected and other business of the corporation is transacted.
